A note about Labor Day Weekend

While Colorado Springs is not exactly a tourist destination on par with Denver or Colorado’s mountain towns, it is still a good idea to book your travel and accommodations as far in advance as you can for the best possible pricing. The Broadmoor in particular is often at capacity for Labor Day Weekend several months in advance.

Airports

  • Colorado Springs Airport

We highly recommend flying into the Colorado Springs Airport if you can - COS is only 12 miles/20 minutes from The Broadmoor.

If you are staying at The Broadmoor, you can book a shuttle to and from COS for $35/person one-way. Learn more here.

If you are staying off property, your most cost effective option will be Ubering to your accomodations from COS.

  • Denver International Airport

DIA is Colorado’s largest airport and is a good option if you can’t find the flight you need out of Colorado Springs. DIA is 75 miles/90 minutes from the Broadmoor.

If you are staying at The Broadmoor, you can book SUV service for up to 6 passengers for about $90/person one-way. Enterprise also offers one-way rentals from Denver to Colorado Springs with drop-off at The Broadmoor. Learn more here.

If you are staying off property, Groome Transportation offers shuttle service to and from Colorado Springs and DIA. Learn more here.

Parking costs at each accommodation option are as follows:

The Broadmoor: $35/night; $5/hour visitor parking. Valet parking is complimentary during the wedding.
